On Sept 22nd Jason turned 30. Since it was a big birthday we had some of his friends over for a party and we had a very nice day. It was the first day of fall and the weather definetly felt like it and we had a nice time playing outside.
We didnt do anything special for Labor Day since Jason was working Fleet week but we did go to a friends house for dinner when Jason got home. It was a nice quite day.
We took advantage of our zoo pass this summer and the nice weather and went about once a week and our still going. We love seeing all the animals. We are lucky that it's only a 15 minute drive to the zoo.
We are all excited when football season starts because I love football and we love to support our Colts. So to kickoff football season we wore our Colts gear.
Blake did great at his one month check up. He was 8 lbs 15 oz and 21 1/2 inches. He only gained 9 oz since birth but he also grew 1 1/2 inches. His doctor said he was doing well. He had to get a few shots which is never fun.
One of the best things about the summer is being able to have friend over to play outside and we did have a lot of really hot summer days we were able to have some days where we played outside without getting overheated. It's fun to see the kids enjoy themselves with their friends.
The first few weeks of Blake's life we just went about our normal activites. He is a very easy going baby boy. The girls are enjoying every moment of him and I think that they think he is there baby. Here are a few pictures from the first few weeks.
